Sahel Majali is the founder and Chairman of the Mid Group, a dynamic construction, development and investment company. Majali has over 30 years of experience in construction and contracting, and is an
expert in the field of engineering.

Sahel Majali graduated in 1894 from University College London with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering, which he followed with an M.E.A. (majoring in Construction Management) from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in the USA.

Throughout his career in the construction and contracting industries, Majali has gained vital expertise in construction management and new construction technologies. Majali’s understanding of the
construction industry led him to establish two construction companies: Mid Contracting Jordan and the Mid Group.

Mid Contracting Jordan was founded in 1991, and Majali was the company’s Chairman and Managing Director for 16 years from 1991
until 2007. Mid Contracting Jordan specialised in dynamic construction,
development and investments, and Majali’s important contributions to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan were recognised with the King Abdullah Award for
Excellence and an Order of Independence, Grade 3.

Majali founded the Mid Group in October 2014 and he is currently the company Chairman. In this role as Chairman Majali presides over the Mid Group boards, leading a company that now operates across several
specialised divisions such as Mid Holding, Mid Consulting, Mid Contracting UK, Sterling Living and Sterling BIM.

The Mid Group is rapidly-expanding, establishing itself as a multi-national construction company that works across the Middle
East and the United Kingdom. In his role as Chairman of the Mid Group, Majali’s
ultimate goal is to develop the company to become the UK’s best contractor.
